📅 Banner Scheduling Update
To give each banner the spotlight it deserves this season, we’re implementing a posting schedule. This will ensure timely display and visibility during key school events. Below is the first round of scheduled installations—additional dates will be shared soon!

📬 If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at banners@higleyhighbooster.org. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, as our dedicated volunteers are hard at work behind the scenes processing orders.

🛠️ We coordinate closely with Higley’s maintenance team to hang banners ahead of season activities. Please note: hanging dates are subject to school safety protocols and crew availability. For safety, banners can only be installed when parking lots are completely cleared.

Banner Schedule

Early Print (Target: Hung by first home football game)

• Orders submitted: July 25

• Proofs approved: August 15

• Banners sent to print: Week of August 18

• Banners hung: Efforts coordinated with maintenance and crane availability. Please also not parking lot must be empty before crane can be hoisted. 

• Please note: Hanging dates depend on Higley’s safety protocols, crane lift and maintenance availability.

Regular Season Print

• Orders submitted: August 29

• Proofs approved: September 5

• Banners sent to print: September 9

• Banners hung: Approximately September 19

More schedules to come. It's never too early to get your submission in. Please note some banners may be relocated after a season completes to ensure all activities are highlighted.
